Life is Beautiful Music Festival with Toyota

This post is in partnership with Toyota USA. Thank you for your continued support for Life in Wanderlust!

I've been a proud #ToyotaPartner for a couple of years now but have been a Toyota fan since I was a little girl growing up in Tokyo. My parents drove a Camry for years and it's always been a brand that I just knew to trust. Anyway, when Toyota reached out to partner with them in celebrating art and music at Life is Beautiful with their brand new 2020 Corolla, you know I couldn't say no!

10 MORE Eateries in Maui That Will Blow Your Mind

Tinroof Maui Review

It's been 3 years since I was last in Maui so I was insanely happy to be back there. Last time I went, I published 10 Eateries in Maui That Will Blow Your Mind and wow, to this day, it's the most read post I've ever written here on Life in Wanderlust, followed closely by a fellow Maui post, 10 Things To Know Before The Road To Hana. I've also received so many emails and photos from readers that let me know they read my post and visited those spots, which of course made me so happy!

So naturally, I had to share more places (TEN this time) from my trip to Maui. I was there for a week so I had plenty of time to try new places and below are my favorites from this time around.

Let's do this. If you're looking for the best places to eat in Maui, keep reading!

The Best Luau in Maui | Feast At Lele

Feast at Lele Review Maui Hawaii

Have you done the typical luau in Maui or other locations in Hawaii and looking for something similar yet different? Or, are you looking for a luau that's more adult-oriented and a little more intimate? Look no further than the Feast at Lele in Maui.

I've done a couple of the typical luaus in Hawaii, one in Honolulu on-site at a large hotel and another one in Maui, an independently run luau. When I was in Maui last, I really didn't have any plans on going to another luau, mostly because they're all kind of the same after you go to a couple.

Then we found the Feast at Lele in Maui!

Checking In: Seven Stars Resort in Turks & Caicos Islands

Seven Stars Resort Turks and Caicos

This post is in partnership with CheapCaribbean.com as I was a judge for their 2019 Noble Beach Prize. As always, all opinions are my own. Thank you for your continued support for Life in Wanderlust!

Turks & Caicos was on my top 3 bucket list locations and honestly, I didn't think I would make it there for a while; kind of a dream, if you will. So when the opportunity came along thanks to CheapCaribbean, I quite literally jumped with joy (and maybe squealed a bit, too).

I was invited as a guest to the Seven Stars Resort in Turks & Caicos. This property was the winner for the "Golden Pineapple" of the CheapCaribbean's 2019 Noble Beach Prize! You can check out the winners for the 2019 Noble Beach Prize here and more beach-tastic posts on their blog here. I was fortunate to be one of the judges for this contest for the 2nd year in a row! Last year, I visited the Zoetry Paraiso de la Riviera Maya in Mexico.

Pokemon Cafe Review | Tokyo, Japan

Pokemon Cafe Japan Review

Are you a Pokeomon fan? Who isn’t, right? When I found out the Pokemon Cafe was in Tokyo, I immediately added it to my priority list of places to go. Big thank you to one of my Instagram followers, @Gorudo-san for the heads up about the Pokemon Cafe! Even though I was planning on blogging about the Pokemon Cafe, I knew I had to when both my Pokemon Cafe Instagram photos got the highest amount of likes in Life in Wanderlust history!

BIG NEWS: I OPENED A SHOP!

Final Boarding Co Sticker/Decal Shop on Etsy
I'm so excited to finally share with all of you that I've opened an Etsy shop! I feel like this post is perfectly appropriate as my 200th post here on Life in Wanderlust. I've been toying with this idea for months now and finally decided to go for it a few weeks ago!

In addition to just being a travel lover in general, as some of you know, my first job out of college was with Delta Airlines as a Japanese Interpreter. There, I started obsessing over airport codes and always loved the fun airport code bumper stickers people would don on their cars and suitcases.

Then I thought, why not make them myself? How fun is it to share where you've been, where you're from or where you'd like to go?

Checking In: InterContinental Fiji Golf & Spa Resort | Honeymoon in Fiji

InterContinental Fiji

Disclosure: I paid for this stay. The InterContinental Fiji Golf & Spa Resort provided me with a media rate in exchange for this post. All opinions are as always, my own. Thank you for supporting brands that make Life in Wanderlust possible!

Beware, I'm about to make a huge statement. After staying at literally hundreds of hotels in my lifetime, I can positively say that the InterContinental Fiji Golf & Spa Resort is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. This is coming from me, an avid traveler and a former hospitality employee. That's right, friends. It's true and I wonder if any hotel would ever overtake the #1 spot.

My husband and I had always wanted to visit Fiji so what better excuse was there than to go for our honeymoon? Even before we got engaged, we had our mind set on honeymooning in Fiji. Now the biggest question? What hotel should we stay at?

Let me tell you, I did so, much, research. I exhausted myself one too many nights looking through hotels in Fiji, reviews, prices, transportation options - I mean, everything. So much so I think I could be a Fiji hotel concierge since I know so much of the area, hotels and offerings now!

So where did I land on? The InterContinental Fiji Golf & Spa Resort. Here's why.
